Venerable’s Maintenance Department responds quickly to tenant’s requests. We offer quick and complete repair to your issue. When you have maintenance needs during our regular business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm please fill out a maintenance request form or send an email to email@example.com.

If you have a maintenance emergency after hours or on a weekend, please call 503-730-9056, and we will be happy to dispatch a worker to your location.
Rent is due on the first of each month without exception. We accept checks, money orders or cashier checks. We do not accept cash, debit or credit cards. To avoid late charges, please send your rent payment to us at:
