This award-winning project, built in 1991 in Gresham, was designed to fit a 16,000 square foot, two-story brick building onto a former railroad right-of-way, while establishing pedestrian-oriented frontage on one of the city’s busiest thoroughfares.

Venerable’s constructed an upscale building with multi-floors designed for multi-tenants. The mixed-use development is pedestrian oriented and located on busy NE Burnside in Gresham. The building has a brick façade, extensive landscaping, pedestrian and parking lot entries. The building has 50% office space, with the remainder retail with street frontage on a signalized corner, large windows and close to all amenities. It has an adjacent parking lot.
